1-5 Year Loans, No Prepayment Penalty, Collateral typically Commercial Real Estate.  Other fixed assets may be considered in some cases.

Minimum Amounts Funded

$1 Million Domestically, $3 Million Internationally, up to $300 Million.  Larger Projects will be reviewed to determine qualification.

LTV & Rates

Possibly 50-60% of the quick sale value of most types of real estate collateral.  Construction or Renovation loans can be funded in stages up to 50% of the improved value.  Rates are generally determined by collateral available.  Rates start at 12%, an additional 10% premium in lieu of equity participation is available.  International deals may require higher starting rates.
